A 25% non-refundable retainer fee is due once the tract is signed and submitted. Once the contract and retainer has been satisfied, your wedding date will officially be reserved. The remaining balance is to be paid 2 weeks before the wedding date.

Photoshoots will typically take place rain or shine. For outdoor shoots, an agreed alternate location may be planned in advance. In extreme cases that force the wedding to be canceled without rescheduling or it is too dangerous to travel to the wedding location, 100% of the total will be refunded. If the photoshoot can be rescheduled there will be no additional cost for the customer.

At the time of booking, a 25% non-refundable retainer fee is required. Cancellation 2 weeks prior to wedding date will result in a full refund of money paid minus the 25% non-refundable retainer fee. If cancellation occurs within 2 weeks of the wedding date will result in no refund. Booking is considered cancelled when the client messages the photographer in writing. If the session can be rescheduled, no additional fees will be needed.

Photographer(s) retain copyright over the photographic work and reserve the right to display and use the photographic work for self-promotion or any other purpose thought proper by the photographer(s). The client may make unlimited reproductions of the photographic work for family and friends both online and offline. If client does not consent to photographic work being used in this manner, please let the photographer know during the booking process and we will honor your request.

the photoshoot may be extended with mutual consent. The possibility of an extended shoot should be discussed beforehand. The hourly package rate will apply.
